As a US Marine Sergeant Major, Max Garcia understands what makes a great leader.
In 1994, Max joined the Marines before becoming a Drill Instructor in 1999. In the years between 2003 and 2010, Max was deployed to Iraq twice, Afghanistan once and served as part of the the Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team in Spain. In 2014 he was selected to become a Sergeant Major, the highest rank in the Marines. In 2018, Max collaborated with Joe Vitale, to create the Amazon #1 Best Selling book ‘The Abundance Factor’. Today, Max is a motivational speaker and regularly help inspire teams and corporations to achieve success.
Max is exceptional at leading talks and keynote presentations that are energetic, exciting and engaging. He understands how people work, allowing him to help them change their habits to achieve their ambitions.
