He has been successful in the delivery of profitable growth and complex projects in advanced technology businesses.
Mark has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility for British and American companies across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
Mark has extensive experience of governance and stakeholder management, working in and with public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Mark has managed several successful post acquisition integration projects and has held numerous board positions on subsidiaries and international joint ventures.
